- PEOPLECERT for ITIL® certifications
- Examination Institute for Information Science (EXIN) for ISO certifications
- APMG for PRINCE2®, COBIT® 5 and Lean IT™ certifications
- GamingWorks for the “ITSM In Action: The Apollo 13 Simulation Workshop”
Pink Elephant instructors are further qualified to teach specific courses in accordance with Pink Elephant’s Certified Trainer Program. In addition to the third party requirements defined by the accreditation bodies listed above, each training course or workshop we offer has specific instructor standards defined internally by Pink Elephant. These include:
- Detailed familiarity with all content, materials and standards for the product – verified by testing
- Successful completion of the Train-The-Trainer program for the product
- Successful co-delivery of the product with a certified instructor
- Successful solo delivery of the product, monitored by a certified instructor
- Sign-off by a certified instructor
- Ongoing performance standards which must be met
