This is another first for BMC, the inaugural recipient of the PinkVERIFY certification for ITIL v3 compatibility back in 2008.
Backed by the IT service management community for more than two decades, PinkVERIFY is recognized as the assessment certification to achieve for ITSM software. By becoming PinkVERIFY-certified, BMC has attained the all-important industry “stamp of approval” – a proven guarantee that their tool supports ITIL 4 best practices. BMC’s Helix Software has been rigorously assessed by an accredited Pink expert consultant to determine the tool’s compatibility with five core ITIL 4 practices.
