Terms and Conditions for Public (Instructor-Led) Courses
Payment: We must receive payment with your registration. Your placement in a course can’t be confirmed until we receive full payment. Fees are charged in the currency specified.
Substitutions: Up until the time at which the course e-materials have been distributed (approximately one week in advance of the course start date), you can substitute an alternate attendee from your organization at no additional charge. After the course e-materials have been distributed, no substitutions can be made.
Cancellations and Transfers: If you decide to cancel, you must notify us in writing at [email protected] before 5:00pm ET the day before the course starts. If you cancel less than 15 business days before your course start date AND prior to receiving the course e-materials, you may cancel and receive a refund – less a $250 administration and cancelation fee. If you give more than 15 business days notice and have already paid the full fee for your course, you may cancel and receive a full refund without incurring the $250 administration fee. If you paid a discounted fee or paid a fee as part of a special offer and cancel before the course e-materials have been distributed, you’ll receive a credit equal to the fee paid. The credit can be applied to any purchase from Pink Elephant in the next six months. If you cancel after the course e-materials have been distributed, no refunds or credits can be made. However, you may transfer attendance to another date for the same course within the next 12 months. If your original registration was for a public course, you may choose to switch to the self-paced online course option for the same course. If you choose to switch the course format – any difference in the fee cannot be refunded.
No-shows: If you do not attend your scheduled and confirmed course, and we have not been notified in advance prior to 5:00pm ET on the day prior to the course start date, we cannot provide a refund, credit, substitution, or transfer.
Rescheduling of the Course: Occasionally, for a variety of reasons, we may need to cancel a scheduled course. We will try to do this no less than one week before the course start date; but sometimes, due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances, it could be right up to the course start date. We realize this can cause great inconvenience. If this happens, you can choose to:
Terms and Conditions for Self-Paced Online Courses
Enrollment Duration: Access to self-paced online courses is valid for 12 months.
Substitutions: Once the subscription has been activated, no substitutions can be made.
Cancellations: Once the subscription has been activated, no refunds or credits can be made.
Team Discount Passes: These passes become active on the date we receive payment and expire 12 months from that date. You can substitute an attendee at any time before the start of the course. Once you start a course, you can no longer substitute an attendee. You can cancel a course as long as you do so within 15 business days of the start date. After the first course has been taken, the pass will be forfeited for no-shows and walk-outs. We promise to make every effort to schedule sufficient courses so that all passholders have multiple choices available in the 12-month subscription period. However, we may be unable to guarantee a place for a specific date. Register early to avoid disappointment.
Special Offers and Discounts: From time-to-time, Pink Elephant will promote special offers, discounts, or team passes for courses. Team passes cannot be combined with additional special offers, and discounts cannot be combined. Multiple special offers and/or discounts cannot be combined together. Only one discount, special offer, or team pass can be applied to any purchase.
Terms and Conditions for Corporate Training Subscription
Payment: We must receive payment before the organization’s subscription is activated. The organization’s subscription cannot be confirmed until we receive full payment. Fees are charged in the currency specified.
Subscription Term: The subscription term begins upon activation by Pink Elephant following receipt of the full payment. Corporate Training Subscriptions are available in one- or two-year terms. Access to the course library ends on the subscription end date.
Access: The Corporate Training Subscription provides unlimited access to Pink Elephant’s complete self-paced online course portfolio for all employees of the subscribing organization during the subscription term. All learners must register using an organizational email address matching the organization’s domain. Accounts created with a personal or external email address will be rejected.
The Number of Learners: There is no cap on the number of employees within the subscribing organization who can access the Corporate Training Subscription during the subscription term – provided all learners meet the email domain requirement outlined above.
Enrollment Key: Upon activation, the subscribing organization will be provided with a unique enrollment key. This key must not be shared outside of the organization.
Certification Examinations: Certification examinations are included for courses that offer a certification examination. One re-sit per learner per certification is included within the subscription term.
Expiry: Any unused course access, incomplete courses, unused examination entitlements, and unused re-sits expire at the end of the subscription term and cannot be carried forward or refunded.
Cancellations: Once the subscription has been activated, no refunds or credits can be made.
Renewal: The subscription does not auto-renew. You will be notified by Pink Elephant prior to your subscription end date with information on how to purchase a new subscription.
Changes to the Course Library: Pink Elephant reserves the right to add or remove courses from the self-paced online course portfolio at any time during the subscription term. We will make every effort to provide reasonable notice of any significant changes.
Acceptable Use: Access to the Corporate Training Subscription is strictly limited to employees of the subscribing organization. Subscription access may not be shared, transferred, or resold.
Suspension and Termination: Pink Elephant reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, which includes any unauthorized sharing of the enrollment keys or subscription access.
Platform Availability: Pink Elephant will make reasonable efforts to maintain uninterrupted access to the course library but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform.
Terms and Conditions for Individual Training Subscription
Payment: We must receive payment before your subscription is activated. Your subscription cannot be confirmed until we receive full payment. Fees are charged in the currency specified.
Subscription Term: The subscription term begins upon activation by Pink Elephant following receipt of the full payment. Individual Training Subscriptions are available as a one-year term only. Access to the course library ends on the subscription end date.
Access: The Individual Training Subscription provides unlimited access to Pink Elephant’s complete self-paced online course portfolio for one named individual during the subscription term. The subscription is non-transferable, and no substitutions may be made once the subscription has been activated.
Certification Examinations: Certification examinations are included for courses that offer a certification examination. One re-sit per learner per certification is included within the subscription term.
Education Planning Coach: One education planning session with a Pink Elephant coach is included with your Individual Training Subscription to help you identify the courses most relevant to your role, responsibilities, and career goals. Details will be arranged with Pink Elephant upon activation.

We must receive payment prior to the activation of your PinkATLAS account. Your use of the site signifies agreement to the terms of use. You must agree to the terms of use before we can activate your account.
