Standard Pass Benefits
The Pink19 Standard Pass includes the following:
- Attendance at all Pink19 keynote and break-out sessions (except those explicitly identified for Platinum Pass holders only)

Pink19 will be hosted at the beautiful Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas!
Pre-conference and post-conference courses will be hosted at both the Bellagio and its sister property nearby, Park MGM. Transportation between Park MGM and Bellagio is quick, free, and very convenient – only a minute away on a tram or a few minutes walk.
As of February 1, the dedicated block of discounted rooms for Pink19 customers is now sold out at both Bellagio & Park MGM.

Cancellations
If you bought a Super Faithful Early Bird and one of the attendees participating in the “2 for 1” Super Faithful offer were to cancel, a 3rd co-worker may be substituted to take their place. If no substitution is made no refund or credit can be applied.
If you bought a Spring, Summer, Last Early Bird Pass, or Special Bonus Offer and would like to cancel, you will receive a credit of 100% of the fees paid towards a future purchase until December 31, 2019. There are no refunds, only substitutions can be made.
Substitutions
If you are unable to attend you can substitute a colleague to take your place at any time right up until the last business day before Pink19 starts. However, you must contact us to update attendee information. We cannot process substitutions at the event Registration Desk.
