Regular Pass

Platinum Pass

You will receive:

  • Dedicated Platinum Registration counter for fast check-in
  • Dedicated Platinum Concierge and Customer Service counter
  • "Front-of-the-Line Pass" for Celebrity Keynote book signing. Pink Conferences are renowned for the amazing line up of keynote speakers. We set the pace that everyone else tries to follow! Now, with the Front-of-the-Line Pass, you don't have to wait in a long line to get your book signed or for a photo op!
  • Platinum Dining Room where you can have lunch, network and engage with other Platinum Pass holders
  • Hotel room upgrade to "Dancing Fountain View" for February 14, 15 and 16 – based on availability

VIP Pass

Team Pass

With 12 Track Topics and up to 16 concurrent sessions in the program, there’s a lot to take in at this year’s Conference. The math means that at certain times of the day a single person is going to miss about 94% of the content! Clearly your organization will benefit most by sending a Team to Pink16 and we want to make that as easy and attractive as possible. The following Team Pass discounts are available:

  • Register 2 people at the same time and they each receive a 10% discount of any Pass.
  • Register 3 people at the same time and they each receive a 15% discount of any Pass.
  • Register 4 people at the same time and they each receive a 20% discount of any Pass.
  • Register 5 people at the same time and they each receive a 25% discount of any Pass.
  • Register 6 people at the same time and they each receive a 30% discount of any Pass.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellations

If you bought a full fee Regular, Platinum or VIP pass and you cancel before end of day on December 31, 2015 you will receive a 100% refund. After December 31, 2015 you will receive a credit of 100% of the fees paid towards a future purchase.

If you bought a discounted Pass (ie. Super Faithful, 2-for-1, Summer Early Bird Discount or Last Early Bird Discount) and you cancel before end of day on December 31, 2015 you will receive a credit of 100% of the fees paid towards a future purchase. After December 31, 2015 no refunds or credits are available, only substitutions can be made.

Substitutions

If you are unable to attend you can substitute a colleague to take your place at any time up until the Conference start date. However, you must contact us to update attendee information. We cannot process substitutions at the event Registration Desk.
