Terms and Conditions
Payment
- We must receive full payment with your registration. We cannot confirm your place at Pink26 until we receive full payment.
- Hotel night prices on the Pink26 website exclude resort fees and taxes.
Substitutions
- If you are unable to attend, you can substitute a colleague from your organization to take your place at any time right up until 5:00pm ET on the last business day prior to the Pink26 start date.
- You must contact us no later than 5:00pm ET on the last business day prior to the Pink26 start date to update attendee information. We cannot process substitutions onsite at Pink26.
- Substitution with another’s name for the self-paced online course is not permitted.
Regular Offer Passes
- The FREE 'AI for ITSM' self-paced online course will be activated on the day your registration is processed.
- The course is available online for a period of 12 months.
- If you decline to accept the self-paced course, no credit can be applied toward another Pink product.
Cancellations of Full-Price Registrations with No Special Offers
- If you paid the full advertised price for your Pink26 Pass – without any special offers included – you can cancel before 5:00pm ET on December 31, 2025, and choose to receive a refund or a credit for the full amount paid, less a $250 per attendee administration/cancellation fee.
- If you cancel after December 31, 2025, you will receive a credit for the full amount paid, less a $250 per attendee administration/cancellation fee.
- Credits can be used toward another purchase from Pink Elephant in the following six months or a one-time credit toward Pink27.
- Hotel nights purchased at discounted or preferential rates are non-refundable.
Cancellations of Discounted Registrations and Special Offers
- If you paid a discounted price for your Pass via an ‘Early Bird’ or ‘Flash Sale’ or any other special offer, and you cancel before 5:00pm ET on December 31, 2025, you will not receive a refund, you’ll receive a credit equal to the fee paid, less a $250 per attendee administration/cancellation fee.
- If you received a free product from Pink Elephant as part of a special offer, your credit balance will be reduced by the normal list price of the free product.
- Credits can be used toward another purchase from Pink Elephant in the following six months, or a one-time credit toward Pink27.
- If you cancel after December 31, 2025, no refund or credit can be applied; however, we will accept a substitution of a co-worker from the same organization. See substitution conditions above.
- Hotel nights purchased at discounted or preferential rates are non-refundable.
No Shows
- If you do not attend Pink26 and do not notify us by 5:00pm ET on the business day prior to the Pink26 start date, we cannot provide a refund, credit, or substitution.
Super Faithful, Summer, or Last Early Bird Special Offer Bonuses
- If you receive a FREE self-paced online training course as part of your Super Faithful, Summer, or Last Early Bird purchase, the course will be activated on the day your registration is processed.
- The course is available online for a period of 12 months.
- A PDC exam is included at no additional charge.
- The exam must be taken within the same 12-month period as the course is available.
- Substitution with another’s name for the self-paced online course is not permitted.
- Prior to activation, the self-paced online course can be assigned to another person if you, the Pink26 registrant, have already attained the integratedITSM Champion status in the PDC integratedITSM designation scheme.
- If you decline to accept the self-paced course, no credit can be applied toward another Pink product.

- From time-to-time, Pink Elephant will promote special offers or discounts. Multiple special offers and/or discounts cannot be combined. Only one discount or special offer can be applied to any purchase.
