Pink27 will be hosted at the beautiful Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas!
Rooms are available at the special rate (see below in the shopping cart) until January 7, 2027, at which time the dedicated block of the special conference room rate for Pink27 attendees will expire.

Terms and Conditions
Payment
- We must receive full payment with your registration. We cannot confirm your place at Pink27 until we receive full payment.
- Hotel night prices on the Pink27 website exclude resort fees and taxes.
Substitutions
- If you are unable to attend, you can substitute a colleague from your organization to take your place at any time right up until 5:00pm ET on the last business day prior to the Pink27 start date.
- You must contact us no later than 5:00pm ET on the last business day prior to the Pink27 start date to update attendee information. We cannot process substitutions onsite at Pink27.
- Substitution with another name for the self-paced online course is not permitted.
Free Self-Paced Courses
- If you receive a FREE self-paced online training course as part of your purchase, the course will be activated on the day your registration is processed.
- The course is available online for a period of 12 months from the date of your conference registration. No extensions will be granted.
- If the self-paced course includes a certification, an exam is included at no additional charge.
- The exam, including rewrites, must be taken within the same 12-month period that the course is available.
- Substitution with another name for the self-paced online course is not permitted.
- A free course must be chosen as part of the registration, when offered. If you have not accessed it, no credit can be applied toward another Pink product.
Cancellations of Full-Price Registrations with No Special Offers
- If you paid the full advertised price for your Pink27 Pass – without any special offers included – and you cancel BEFORE 5:00pm ET on December 15, 2026 you will receive a refund, or credit, for the full amount paid, less a $250 per attendee administration/cancellation fee.
- If you paid the full advertised price for your Pink27 Pass – without any special offers included – and you cancel AFTER 5:00pm ET on December 15, 2026 you will receive a credit for the full amount paid, less a $250 per attendee administration/cancellation fee.
- If you cancel after 5:00pm ET on January 29, 2027, no refund or credit can be applied
- If you received a free product (such as a self-paced course) as part of your registration, your credit or refund balance will be reduced by the normal list price of the free product.
- Credits can be used toward another purchase from Pink Elephant in the following six months.
- Hotel nights purchased at discounted or preferential rates are non-refundable.
Cancellations of Discounted Registrations with Special Offers
- Hotel nights purchased at discounted or preferential rates are non-refundable.
- If you paid a discounted price for your Pass and you cancel before 5:00pm ET on December 15, 2026, you will not receive a refund, you will receive a credit equal to the pass fee paid, less a $250 per attendee administration/cancellation fee.
- Credits can be used toward another purchase from Pink Elephant in the following six months.
- If you cancel after December 15, 2026, no refund or credit can be applied. However, you may substitute with another name.
No Shows
- If you do not attend Pink27 and do not notify us by 5:00pm ET on the business day prior to the Pink27 start date, we cannot provide a refund, credit, or substitution.
Special Offers and Discounts
- From time-to-time, Pink Elephant will promote special offers or discounts. Multiple special offers and/or discounts cannot be combined. Only one discount or special offer can be applied to any purchase.
- We reward early commitment. The earliest promotional offers will always provide the greatest overall value, and no future promotion will exceed the value of an earlier offer.

We may also provide your information to some exhibitors who wish to contact you after the event.
At some Pink Elephant events there are exhibitors who may ask to scan your name badge. By allowing exhibitors to scan your name badge, you are sharing your contact information with them directly, and they will likely follow up with further information sent you at your mail or email address(es). Should you prefer not to receive any of those communications you should either decline to have your badge scanned or unsubscribe from their mailing list on receipt of any follow-up mailings or emails.
