Fees

Regular Fee

The regular fee is US$1,995. Payment must be received with registration. Discounts and/or specials cannot be combined.

Regular Fee includes:

• Access to all conference sessions on-site during the four-day event; choose from 150+ sessions
• Access to all presentations via a password protected online site several weeks prior to the event and afterwards
• Continental breakfasts on February 22, 23 and 24
• Three course buffet lunches on February 22, 23, and 24
• Morning and afternoon beverage breaks on February 22, 23, and 24
• Two receptions with gourmet finger food, cocktails and beverages on February 21 and 22

Special Hotel Room Rates

Pink Elephant has negotiated a special room rate of US$169 per night (US$129 for February 23, 24 and 25 only) for all attendees. To obtain this special rate payment must be made at time of registration.

Team Pricing

After the Early Bird Pricing expires on November 18th, send a team of three or more and save 10% off the third and subsequent registrations.

Energize your team! Attending our conference is a great team building experience. Bring your IT management team, executive sponsors, project managers, and process owners. Each year, about 70% of attending organizations send multiple attendees to ensure maximum benefit from the comprehensive multi-track, four-day program.

All registrations must be received and paid for at the same time. If you need to cancel, there are cancellations permitted until December 31, 2009. Afterwards, there are no refunds however, you may substitute at anytime. View all Terms & Conditions.

Combination Pricing

After November 18th, register and pay for the conference and a pre- or post-conference workshop and save 10% off the pre- or post-conference workshop fee.

Payment

Pink Elephant must receive payment with each registration.  Your place at the event is not confirmed until we receive full payment. Should you take advantage of one of our special offers, please note that we are unable to combine offers.

Substitutions, Cancellations & Refunds

You can cancel until December 31, 2009. No refunds after December 31, 2009.  You can substitute a co-worker from the same organization at any time for no additional charge.
