Implementing IT Service Management Boot Camp


This exclusive boot camp style workshop is the only one in the industry that addresses all the important elements required to successfully implement IT Service Management (ITSM) or any process improvement program. There are no mandatory prerequisites for this boot camp workshop. This is an advanced ITSM implementation workshop which requires familiarity with ITIL or a related ITSM framework. Conducted as a boot camp style workshop, the learning will be highly focused and intense. You will participate through classroom and homework exercises which will provide you and your organization with a good start toward your ITSM implementation goals.


  • There is no exam for this course
  • You will attain 18.5 professional development units (PDUs) for Project Managers


Material for this course will only be provided as downloadable soft copy files that can be viewed on a variety of devices. Attendees may print a hard copy of the files in whatever format best meets their needs, and can use the files under the Pink Elephant Terms of Use.
