ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE MANAGEMENT ESSENTIALS COURSE OVERVIEW

This two-day course will provide you with the knowledge and tools necessary for understanding transformational leadership and change. You will specifically learn about strategies to combat resistance. In addition, you will become familiar with the factors that influence an individual's response to change and the various models and techniques that apply to successfully enabling individuals, groups, and organizations to understand, adopt, and sustain change.

Throughout this course, you will learn about the core concepts and practices intrinsic to organizational change management. This course also fully prepares you for the exam leading to the Organizational Change Management Essentials certification.

EXAM & CERTIFICATION

  • The exam is offered through Professional Designations Corp.
  • One-hour, closed book
  • Consists of 40 multiple-choice questions (a passing score of 65% – 26 correct answers – is required)
  • After completion of this course, you may apply for self-directed learning PDUs through PMI. A certificate of attendance is available upon request.
