1. When and where is Pink24?
Pink Elephant’s 27th annual conference, Pink24, will be presented on March 3-6, 2024 at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas, NV.
2. Is there a brochure available?
There is no conference brochure. All conference details are provided on Pink’s website. You can also get the latest updates and news about everything you need to know, including special offers, by subscribing to our e-newsletter. You can subscribe

3. How can I register for the conference?
You can register by doing one of the following:

4. What is the cost of attending the conference?

5. What are Pink Elephant’s payment policies?
Pink accepts Visa, MasterCard, or American Express for conference payments.
Payment must be received upon registration. For all payment terms, click here.
6. What meals are included in my registration fee?
- Continental breakfast (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday)
- Lunch (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday)
- Morning and afternoon beverage breaks (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday)
- Gourmet finger foods and two free drinks at three evening receptions (Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday)
7. How can I tell you about my special physical/dietary needs?
All conference meals include vegetarian options. If you have additional physical or dietary needs that should be addressed, please contact our Customer Service Center at 1-888-273-PINK (7465) or at info@pinkelephant.com at the time you register, and we will be happy to do our best to accommodate your request.
8. Can I bring a guest to any sessions or keynotes?
No. Only registered conference attendees are allowed to attend the conference and keynote sessions.
9. Can I purchase a 1-day pass to the conference?
No, one-day passes are not available. You must purchase the entire conference package of your choice to attend the event. Click here for a listing of all conference passes.
10. In what format will I receive my conference materials?
Pink is green. No hard copy materials are available onsite. All attendees will be given access to our conference app. Session materials will be available for review and download before the conference. Feel free to print your preferred session materials and bring them along with you for note-taking.
