2017 will be the 11th year we have located our Conference at Bellagio Las Vegas. The decision to go back year after year has been easy. Bellagio offers exceptional meeting facilities with all rooms in close proximity to minimize walking and avoid the possibility of becoming lost while moving from session to session. The other facilities at Bellagio (restaurants, lounges, bars, business center, spa, pool, fitness center, etc.) are amongst the most impressive in Las Vegas. Terms & Conditions

Cancelations

If you bought a full fee Regular or Platinum pass and you cancel before end of day on December 31, 2016 you will receive a 100% refund. After December 31, 2016 you will receive a credit of 100% of the fees paid towards a future purchase.

If you bought a discounted Pass (ie. Super Faithful, Summer Early Bird Discount or Last Early Bird Discount) and you cancel before end of day on December 31, 2016 you will receive a credit of 100% of the fees paid towards a future purchase. After December 31, 2016 no refunds or credits are available, only substitutions can be made. 

If you cancel hotel room nights less than 72 hours prior to check in, a 5% administration fee will be charged by the hotel.

Substitutions

If you are unable to attend you can substitute a colleague to take your place at any time up until the Conference start date. However, you must contact us to update attendee information. We cannot process substitutions at the event Registration Desk.
