Project Management Boot Camp

“If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.”

– Vijay Dhameliya

COURSE OVERVIEW

Receive the #1 international standard of project management training.

Join over 560,000 project management leaders worldwide who are PRINCE2 certified!

This course prepares you for two examinations, each leading to a separate certification; the PRINCE2® Foundation Certification and the PRINCE2 Practitioner Certification.

PRINCE2 (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) is widely used across the world as a complement to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) championed by the Project Management Institute (PMI).

This 5-day certification Boot Camp combines the 3-day PRINCE2 Foundation and two-day PRINCE2 Practitioner courses. Successful completion of the Boot Camp means attending all the sessions through the five days and passing both the Foundation certification (on the afternoon of day 3) and the Practitioner certification (on the afternoon of day 5).

The first part of the Boot Camp (Foundation) focuses on learning the theoretical knowledge contained in the PRINCE2 body of best practice. While the second part of the Boot Camp (Practitioner) provides guidance on how to effectively apply and practice the new knowledge within a project environment.

This is a very intense course with several hours of pre-course work, including reading and completing several exercises. Some homework is assigned in the evenings.
