INTRODUCTION

Change isn’t new. But the dramatically accelerating pace of organizational change is. We need inspiration and practical tools for everyone to help deal with the rapid pace of change and uncertainty around the relentless pressure to do more with less, ever increasing customer demands both internal and external and nonstop cycles of new technologies, methods and approaches.

The key to success to effectively manage and cope with constant change is leadership.  Strengthening leadership skills to build high-performing management teams and organizational cultures has always been important. In today's turbulent times it's critical. However, despite all the talk about leadership and change, many “change fatigued” leaders struggle with just how to strengthen personal effectiveness and leadership.


COURSE OVERVIEW

This 2 day comprehensive workshop addresses the fact that we all need to be leaders during times of change regardless of our formal title. Key take-aways include specific leadership skills and actions required to align people and processes for peak performance and the development of the mindset that leadership is an action not a position. 

Through self-assessment, exercises and discussions, the workshop explores leadership development areas focused on coaching, influence and providing effective guidance, and support. Central to the workshop is the theme of leading with the heart to inspire higher energy and commitment to meaningful change and to drive more successful outcomes.
