Payment For Courses & Conferences
We must receive payment with your registration. We can’t confirm your place until we receive full payment. Fees are charged in the currency specified.
Substitutions & Cancellations
For courses and conferences, you can substitute an alternate attendee from your organization at any time at no additional charge.

Cancellations
You can cancel until December 31, 2012. No refunds or credits after December 31, 2012.
Pink Elephant reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops or events.
If you need to change or cancel your room reservation at The Bellagio Hotel, you must notify us at info@pinkelephant.com at least 72 hours (three business days) prior to your arrival date. We will issue a refund to your credit card, minus an administration fee of 5% of the total cost. If a credit card substitution on your registration is requested, please note that an administration fee of 5% of the total purchase will be charged.

Courses

If you cancel less than 15 business days before your course start date, you’ll receive a course credit valid for six months. We’ll also charge you a $250 administration fee. If you don’t attend without notifying us, we can’t provide a credit or a refund. If a credit card substitution on your registration is requested, please note that an administration fee of 5% of the total purchase will be charged.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses or events.
Online Courses
Online courses are nonrefundable.
Conditions For PRINCE2 Foundations
You must notify us in writing if you want to cancel. Please email us at registrations@pinkelephant.com. If you cancel 15 business days before the course start date, there is a $150 administration fee. If you cancel less than 15 business days before the course start date, there is a $400 administration fee, you'll also receive a course credit valid for six months. If you don’t attend without notifying us, we can’t provide a credit or a refund.
Conditions For ITIL Expert Pass, Personal Education Passes & Team TIckets
These special offers apply to courses delivered in Canada and the United States only. Registrations are confirmed once full payment is received. All sales are final.
For American pass/ticket purchasers, taking a course in Canada, local taxes, calculated at the full retail value of the course will be collected. This charge is above and beyond the sale price of any Pink Elephant Pass or Ticket.
For pass-holders of a Personal Education Pass, after the first course has been taken, the pass will be forfeited for no-shows and walk-outs. For pass-holders of a Team Education Pass, after a team member has taken their first course, that individual will forfeit their pass for no-shows and walk-outs.

ITIL Expert Passes
The ITIL Expert Pass becomes active on the date we receive payment and it expires 24 months from that date. You can substitute an attendee at any time before you take your first course. Once you start a course, you can no longer substitute an attendee. You can cancel a course as long as you do so within 15 business days of the start date.
Personal Education Passes
The Personal Education Pass becomes active on the date we receive payment and depending on the term of the pass purchased it expires 12 or 24 months from that date. You can substitute an attendee at any time before you take your first course. Once you start a course, you can no longer substitute an attendee. You can cancel a course as long as you do so within 15 business days of the start date.
Team Discount Tickets
These tickets become active on the date we receive payment and expires 12 months from that date. You can substitute an attendee at any time before you take your first course. Once you start a course, you can no longer substitute an attendee. You can cancel a course as long as you do so within 15 business days of the start date.
We promise to make every effort to schedule sufficient courses so that all Ticket and Pass holders have multiple choices available. However, we may be unable to guarantee a place for a specific date. Book early to avoid disappointment.
Restrictions

Some courses require specific prerequisites.

Failure To Attend
If you fail to attend a workshop or event, we are unable to provide a credit or refund.
