ITIL Expert Pass - 2 Years

Fee: US$8,995

Planning to become an ITIL Expert? Purchase our ITIL Expert Pass. You get:

• Access to the ITIL Foundations Level training (Public or Self-Paced Online)
• Up to five ITIL Intermediate Level courses (Lifecycle or Capability Modules)
• Managing Across the Lifecycle course

All courses must be taken from within two years of original purchase date. 

Personal Education Pass – Unlimted 1 Year

Fee: 12-Month Unlimited For US$8,995

Planning to attend two, three or more courses during the next year? Try our Personal Education Pass. You can attend as many courses as you like in a 12-month period. Choose from our public education schedule as well as gaining access to all of our self-paced on line products.

Personal Education Pass – Unlimited 2 Years 

Fee: 24-Month Unlimited For US$13,495

Planning to attend a handful or more courses during the next two years? Try our Personal Education Pass. You can attend as many courses as you like in a 24-month period. Choose from our public education schedule as well as gaining access to all of our self-paced on line products.

Team Discount Tickets

If you can’t bring us to your location for onsite training, you can still save on our Public Education classes by purchasing your seats in bulk. Discounts vary depending on how many seats you purchase at once.

If you purchase:

• 3 to 5 seats, your discount level on all seats is 10% off the regular price
• 6 to 10 seats, your discount level is 20% off the regular price
• 11 seats or more get you a discount of 30% off the regular price

You can send team members – alone or in groups – to any of the courses offered by Pink Elephant on our education schedule during a 12-month period.

Conditions For ITIL Expert Pass, Personal Education Passes & Team TIckets
These special offers apply to courses delivered in Canada and the United States only. Registrations are confirmed once full payment is received.  All sales are final.

For American pass/ticket purchasers, taking a course in Canada, local taxes, calculated at the full retail value of the course will be collected. This charge is above and beyond the sale price of any Pink Elephant Pass or Ticket.

For pass-holders of a Personal Education Pass, after the first course has been taken, the pass will be forfeited for no-shows and walk-outs. For pass-holders of a Team Education Pass, after a team member has taken their first course, that individual will forfeit their pass for no-shows and walk-outs.

You must notify us in writing if you want to cancel a course. Please email us at registrations@pinkelephant.com. If you cancel less than 15 business days before your course start date, you will be charged a $250 administration fee.

The ITIL Expert Pass becomes active on the date we receive payment and it expires 24 months later. You can substitute an attendee at any time before you take your first course. Once you start a course, you can no longer substitute an attendee. You can cancel a course as long as you do so within 15 business days of the start date.

Personal Education Passes
The Personal Education Pass becomes active on the date we receive payment and depending on the term of the pass purchased it expires 12 or 24 months later. You can substitute an attendee at any time before you take your first course. Once you start a course, you can no longer substitute an attendee. You can cancel a course as long as you do so within 15 business days of the start date.

We promise to make every effort to schedule sufficient courses so that all Ticket and Pass holders have multiple choices available. However, we may be unable to guarantee a place for a specific date. Book early to avoid disappointment.

If you need to cancel a course, make sure you do so prior to the start date. If you do not attend, we are unable to provide a credit.

Because of accreditation rules, all courses are limited to a maximum of 18 attendees. We promise to make every effort to schedule sufficient courses so that all Ticket and Pass holders have multiple choices available. However, we are unable to guarantee a place for a specific date. To take advantage of our free online, self-paced ITIL Foundations Course offer, you must register and pay for an ITIL Intermediate course offered within the Regional Education Symposium program.  Once you activate the online course, we can’t offer a refund if you’re unable to attend your ITIL Intermediate course. You can, however, attend the same ITIL Intermediate course offered at another date and location within the Regional Education Symposium program. View dates. We are unable to accept substitutions.
