1. What are “Intermediate” ITIL courses?

The starting point for ITIL certification is the Foundations Level course. This first course provides anoverview only of the basic concepts and theories related to the ITIL Service Lifecycle’s 24 processes and 4 functions. To obtain a much deeper knowledge of these processes and functions, many IT professionals continue their ITIL education by moving to an Intermediate Level course. There are a total of 9 Intermediate courses – 5 are role focused (Practitioner/Capability) and 4 are management focused (Manager/Lifecycle). Which course is chosen depends on your role, and your organization’s key business objectives.

2. Can I still attend Pink's Regional Education Symposium if I don’t have my ITIL Foundations Certification?

All ITIL “intermediate” level certification courses require Foundations certification as a prerequisite.  If you don’t have your Foundations certificate, you can’t attend.  Register for an upcoming ITIL Foundations course.

3. What’s the quickest way for me to get Foundations level certification?

6. Can I earn PDUs by attending Pink’s Regional Education Symposium?

Yes, Pink Elephant is a global Registered Education Provider with the Project Management Institute (PMI). As such, we are able to issue Category Three Professional Development Units (PDUs) to Project Management Professionals worldwide.

7. What meals are included with my registration fee?

The following is included:

  • Breakfast (Tuesday – Friday)
  • Lunch (Tuesday – Friday)
  • Morning and afternoon beverage breaks each day

Pink accepts Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Pink must receive payment with your registration.

10. How can I tell you about my special physical/dietary needs?

No. We do not offer an early bird discount for these courses.

13. Is there a dress code?

We encourage you to dress comfortably; business casual is appropriate.

15. Is there a limit to the number of people that can attend from my organization?

No, there is no limit.
