Networking & Learning – Go Beyond The Classroom

With up to 9 ITIL Intermediate classes being held in one location there is an exceptional opportunity for you to advance your IT Service Management knowledge. We encourage you to find and make opportunities to network with your fellow attendees to share experiences and “war stories”. There is also ample time to have outside of the classroom conversation, dialogue, and Q&A with the Pink Elephant consultants who are on site delivering the classes – not only the one at the front of your class but the others who are also facilitating classes. Perhaps there is a specific question you need answered or you want to bounce some ideas around. There is a wealth of wisdom in all these folks – practitioners, managers, and consultants alike. Have a chat over morning coffee, during lunch and breaks, or after classes conclude. Return to your role with a class complete, an ITIL certificate, and an expanded knowledge of ITIL and service management implementation.
