Team Education Pass

Planning to have up to 6 people participate in ITIL training during the next year?  Buy a Team Education Pass!  For US$24,995 all 6 people can attend an unlimited amount of courses in a 12-month period. Choose from our public education schedule as well as our Regional Education Symposium dates.

Foundations Team Ticket

If you can’t bring us to your location for in-house training, you can still save with our Foundations Team Ticket. You can purchase tickets in quantities of 5 for US$7,980 – that’s 5 for the price of 4 – a 20% saving – or 10 for US$14,965 – a 25% saving!

You can send team members – alone or in groups – to any of the ITIL V3 Foundations courses offered on our education schedule during a 12-month period.

Practitioner Team Ticket

Need a team that is specialized in the ITIL Capabilities stream? Register and pay US$7,190 and get one seat in each of the 4 ITIL Intermediate Capabilities courses (Operational Support & Analysis; Release, Control & Validation; Service Offerings & Agreements; and Planning Protection & Optimization). This represents a 40% savings off the regular fees.

You can send up to 4 people (one per course) on a different course – and you have 12 months from order confirmation to attend. You can even choose courses occurring at our Regional Education Symposium!

Management Team Ticket

Interested in creating a team of ITIL Lifecycle experts? Register and pay US$8,985 and get one seat in each of the 5 ITIL Intermediate Lifecycle courses (Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation and Continual Service Improvement). This represents a 40% savings off the regular fees.

You can send up to 5 people (one per course) on a different course – and you have 12 months from order confirmation to attend. You can even choose courses occurring at our Regional Education Symposium!

Terms & Conditions

These special offers apply to courses delivered in Canada and the United Sates.

We’ll hold your reservation until we receive payment. Registrations are only confirmed once payment is received. For Ticket and Pass offers, we must receive full payment at the time of the first registration.

For Foundations Team Ticket, Practitioner Team Ticket & Management Team Ticket registrations, you can substitute attendee names at any time.

For Personal Education Pass registrations, you can substitute attendee names at any time prior to the attendance of the first course.

For Team Education Pass registrations, you can substitute an alternate attendee at any time up until the 6th person has attended a course.

If you have to cancel any course attendance, make sure to do it prior to the start date. If you do not attend, we are unable to provide credit.

All ITIL V3 Practitioner courses are limited to a maximum of 12 attendees. We promise to make every effort to schedule sufficient courses so that all Ticket and Pass holders have multiple choices available. However, we are unable to guarantee a place for a specific date. Book early to avoid disappointment.
