ITIL Software Scheme Toolsets

The tools in the table below - listed alphabetically by vendor - meet or exceed the compound assessment criterion for the listed ITIL® V3 processes:

  • Meeting or exceeding 70% or more the APM Group approved OGC ISS standard general, core, and integration criteria for the process which includes PinkVERIFY 3.1 process criteria, and
  • Meeting or exceeding 70% or more of the balance of the PinkVERIFY 3.1 general, core, and integration criteria for the process, and
  • Meeting or exceeding 70% or more of the automation and documentation criteria for the process.

Bronze Level Process Compliance Bronze Level Process Compliance is awarded for processes for which the tool meets or exceeds the compound assessment criterion and has not yet met the Silver or Gold Level Process Compliance deployment requirements.

Silver Level Process Compliance Silver Level Process Compliance is awarded for processes for which the tool meets or exceeds the compound assessment criterion for the process and is deployed in production enabling the process in accordance with ITIL for at least three customers.

Gold Level Process Compliance Gold Level Process Compliance is awarded for processes for which the tool meets or exceeds the compound assessment criterion for the process and is endorsed by at least three customers using the tool in production to enable the process in accordance with ITIL.
