Team Pricing

Send a team of three or more and save 10% off the third and subsequent registrations.

Energize your team! Attending our conference is a great team building experience. Bring your IT management team, executive sponsors, project managers, and process owners. Each year, about 70% of attending organizations send multiple attendees to ensure maximum benefit from the comprehensive multi-track, four-day program.

All registrations must be received and paid for at the same time. If you need to cancel, there are cancellations permitted until December 30, 2011. Afterwards, there are no refunds however, you may substitute at anytime.

Combination Pricing 

Register and pay for the conference and a pre- or post-conference course and save 10% off the pre- or post-conference course fee.


Fees & Payment

Pink Elephant must receive full payment with each registration. Your place is not confirmed until full payment is received. Fees are charged in USD.


Cancellations & Substitutions

You can cancel until December 30, 2011. No refunds or credits after December 30, 2011.

Substitutions can be made at any time.

Pink Elephant reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops or events.

If you need to change or cancel your room reservation at The Bellagio Hotel, you must notify us at info@pinkelephant.com at least 72 hours (three business days) prior to your arrival date. We will issue a refund to your credit card, minus an administration fee of 5% of the total cost.


Restrictions

Pink Elephant reserves the right to restrict attendance and participation at workshops or events.

Some courses require specific prerequisites which must be validated.

Attendees are responsible for all expenses incurred.
