Pink Elephant must receive payment with each registration. Your place is not confirmed until full payment is received. Fees are charged in the currency specified.

For the 14th Annual International IT Service Management Conference & Exhibition held on February 21-24, 2010 and related pre-and post-conference workshops – discounts cannot be combined.

Substitutions & Cancellations
You can substitute an alternate attendee from your organization at any time for no additional charge.

You can cancel until December 31, 2009. No refunds after December 31, 2009. You can substitute a co-worker from the same organization at any time for no additional charge.

Pink Elephant reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops or events.

Restrictions
Pink Elephant reserves the right to restrict attendance and participation at workshops or events.

Some courses require specific prerequisites which must be validated.
